What Makes RBIFunder Different

A Reg CF platform built differently — for cooperatives

🤝

Investors are members

When you invest through RBIFunder, you become a member of the platform cooperative — not just a transaction on a ledger. Members share in the platform's success, vote on platform governance, and have a stake in both the projects they fund and the infrastructure they use to fund them.

🔍

RBI due diligence on every project

No project reaches the RBIFunder platform without going through RBI's full research and feasibility process first. Members then vote on which projects to advance to funding. This is participatory development — not passive investment.

🌱

Projects are cooperatives

Every project funded through RBIFunder is cooperative in structure. Your investment doesn't enrich a single founder — it capitalizes a cooperative enterprise where workers, members, or community stakeholders hold ownership.

📊

Patronage transparency

RBIFunder's reporting layer shows members not just project ROI but patronage dividend accrual, equity position, and membership value over time — the long-term wealth creation picture that most investment platforms don't show because their projects don't generate it.

The Process

From project idea to funded cooperative

RBIFunder's process is what makes it different from a bare platform — the research and governance steps between idea and investment are visible to members, not hidden in the back office.

1

Research & Feasibility

RBI researches and conducts a full feasibility analysis on candidate projects — market, financial model, cooperative structure suitability, and capital requirements. Only projects that pass feasibility advance.

2

Member Review

Feasibility reports are shared with RBIFunder members. Members review the project prospectus and vote on whether to advance it to the active funding stage. This is participatory development, not passive investment.

3

Active Funding Round

Approved projects open for investment under Regulation CF. Non-accredited and accredited investors alike can participate. Commitments are held in FINRA-qualified escrow until the funding target is reached.

4

Capital Deployment & Reporting

Funded projects receive capital and begin operations. RBIFunder members receive ongoing reporting: project financial updates, patronage accruals, and equity position — the full picture of their investment as cooperative owners.

Beta Projects

Projects currently under consideration

These projects are in the research and feasibility phase. Expressions of interest help us prioritize which projects to advance to member vote first. No commitment — just signal your interest.
