Kevin is an experienced SCUBA and Firefighting Instructor that is deeply devoted to his family. As an amateur chef, Kevin is passionate about growing and preparing nutrient dense cuisine that reconnects us with nature and our health. He and his family live aboard their 38' sailing catamaran, "Blue Shadows" (you can follow their adventures at www.blueshadowsadventures.com). They are currently in Florida, preparing the vessel to cross the Panama Canal and set out across the Pacific where they plan to spend a few years developing cooperative projects and educational programming relating to the economic realities throughout the Pacific region.
