Cooperative Board of Directors (BoD) Training

This course covers the fundamental considerations of fiduciary responsibility, responsibilities to the cooperative's membership, ethics and moral principles, and developing/maintaining a BoD Manual. This course is critical for newly elected board members to understand their role and responsibilities. It also serves as an excellent refresher course, to be taken annually, by board directors fulfilling subsequent terms.
