Financial Decision Making for Cooperatives

This course will introduce board of directors and leadership to the fundamental considerations of Financial Decision Making for cooperatives. This course is also beneficial for members of the cooperative to learn how to hold board directors and leadership accountable to their fiduciary responsibilities.
